The project consists of a stand-alone two-storey, 1,600 sqm, twelve classroom addition to the existing William Watson Elementary School site. The building is of a standard wood constructed structure, with exterior cladded in aluminum panel and aluminum windows across its facades. Additionally, the building includes its own elevator, communications, electrical and mechanical rooms that separate all functions from the existing structure. There will be 10 new parking spaces at the NW portion of the property. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
