Demolition, site work and remodeling of a municipal facility in Bozeman, Montana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for the remodel of a municipal facility.
The project consists of interior tenant improvement remodeling of the existing Guenther Building including demolition, reconfiguration, new finishes and updated MEP systems for a portion of the main level only. The drawings and a Project Manual have been issued describing the Work and the Procurement and Contracting Requirements. Bidders are required to provide a Base Bid for the full scope of the project. The project will be awarded to a single general contractor with the lowest responsible bid. Any questions related to this Request for Competitive Sealed Bids CSB must be provided in writing by 12 PM (noon) on June 26, 2025. Gallatin County is requesting competitive sealed bids for interior tenant improvement remodeling of the existing Guenther Building including demolition, reconfiguration, new finishes and updated MEP systems for a portion of the main level only.
