The Greater New Haven Water Pollution Control Authority (Authority) is requesting Statement of Qualifications from engineering firms to provide On-Call Professional Services in planning, surveying, design, information technology, construction contract administration, resident inspection and general technical support for the following major service areas: 1. Wastewater Treatment Facilities & Major Pump Stations 2. Wastewater Collection Systems 3. Minor Pumping Stations 4. Specialty Services (13 Areas). The Authority intends to select a prequalified list of consulting engineering/professional services firms within three Major Service Areas and ten Specialty Service Areas identified within the RFQ. Firms interested in providing engineering services for one or more of the Major Service Areas or any of the ten Specialty Areas identified should specify those areas on the cover sheet form in their Statement of Qualifications, and provide qualifications specifically prepared for each Service Area. Consultants may be prequalified for more than one area of service. The Authority intends to structure a three (3) year On-Call Contract with each "approved list" consultant with up to two (2) - one (1) year extensions, at the discretion of the Authority. Task Orders referencing the On-Call Contract will be issued to the consultants as projects are assigned. The scope and fee for each Task Order will be negotiated individually with the Authority's Engineering and/or Operations Department Director prior to issuance by the Executive Director. Notice to Proceed: 10/15/2025 End Date: 10/14/2028 Contract Duration: 3 Years RFQ date notes: Qualification Statements will not be accepted after this time and date and will be deemed nonresponsive and ineligible. The Authority assumes no liability for Qualification Statements not received by the time set forth above or for Qualification Statements which are incorrectly labeled or incomplete. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
