The City of New Haven Board of Education is seeking a On-Call Environmental Health Remediation service districtwide to fulfil all the details of remediation for fire, water, and Mold to bring the area back to normal conditions for New Haven Public Schools. Including but not limited to inspections, recommendations for remediations, potential of putting the area back together depending on remediation. Question & Clarification Deadline: June 26, 2025, 5:00pm. Any written Inquiry for Clarification must be received seven (7) or more business days prior to the Closing Date Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing via electronically Contractor's technicians must have all appropriate licenses, certifications, and qualifications that meet the standards as approved by the Federal and State for remediation. Contractor must have all requirements for state, federal and OSHA compliances and follow guidelines outlined by OSHA, DPH, Federal and State. Contractor's technician's methods and actions must meet all of state, federal, OSHA and DPH regulations and follow all regulations. Contractor must be able to record work being done for the remediation and keep documentation on each job. Must be able to supply when requested by BOE and Facilities Department. Contractor must be able to handle all fire, water and mold damage to New Haven Public Schools. Bonds, incomplete or erroneous paperwork. Unbalanced High or Low Unit Pricing, and/or not habitually performing with the Bidder's own forces. Solicitation Rejection Notification - Should the City reject a response for any reason, the Submitter shall be notified. In case of such rejection, the City will return the Bid Bonds to the Respondent(s). No other part of a Respondent's Submission will be returned. The term of the contract is one (1) year with 2 - one (1) year renewal option(s).
