Renovation of a multi-residential development in New Haven, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Glendower Group is almost complete with a comprehensive modernization of 198 units at our McConaughy Terrace Development located on Valley St, Harper Ave, South Genesee St, East Ramsdell St and Parkside Drive in New Haven. During the course of the renovation, it was discovered that the existing electrical wiring needs to be replaced. Wiring has been replaced in some units as well as all kitchens and baths, but 163 units remain which require wiring upgrades. The contractor must coordinate directly with the property manager and provide at least 48 hours notice before unit entry. Work must be planned to accommodate resident schedules and allow room-by-room access as needed. All questions concerning this IFB must be submitted in writing no later than August 1, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. EST and submitted via Glendowers Vendor/Contractor Collaboration Portal,
