Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Washington Is, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Town of Washington, Door County, is seeking bids for the repair of the Mosling Rec Center Roof with work to be completed by November 15, 2025. Scope of Work: o To repair the Mosling Rec Center roof in accordance with the project drawings and specifications provided by Brander Engineering. (See attached document) o Shingles to be Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Flex Teak Impact Resistant Roofing Shingles. o Wood sheathing to be Roseburg 3/4 x 4 x 8 SturdI-Floor Fir Tongue & Groove Plywood Subfloor. o Include an option to install aluminum fascia. Additional Requirements: o All bids must include all transportation and expenses of mobilization/construction/ disposal of materials. o A Certificate of Insurance naming the Town as an addition insured and includes Workers Compensation must be turned in with the bid. o Construction must be completed by November 15, 2025. o Contractor is required to enter into a contractual agreement regarding the project as determined by the Town of Washington.
