Renovation of a fire / police facility in Washington Is, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Scope of Work: • Remove and dispose of all existing shingles and roof edging. • Remove and patch chimney opening at the southwest corner. • Install new roof and gutter edging. • Install 3’ ice and water shield all lower eaves. • Install synthetic roofing underlayment. • Install new flashing at all roof penetrations. • Install starter shingles on all gutter edge on lower eaves. • Install ridge exhaust vent along peaks. • Clean up debris and nails. • Quote using CertainTeed Landmark Climate Flex and Regular, Owens Corning Duration Flex and Regular.
