Bid Received: Roth Apartments water line Silver Development & Associates, Inc. $597,650.00 Florence Janss Apartments 210 Brazil St. West Building sewer line Silver Development & Associates, Inc. $189,625.00 The Area Housing Authority of the County of Ventura (AHACV) is soliciting sealed bids for two (2) plumbing projects in resident occupied Public Housing. The work includes water line replacement at Roth Apartments (Ojai, CA). and sewer line relining at Florence Janss Apartments (Thousand Oaks, CA). The contractor, at their sole expense, shall perform all labor and services and furnish all materials, tools, equipment, supplies transportation, utilities as necessary for the performance of the schedule of work as noted in the Request for Proposal (RFP). It is the intent of these General Conditions to present and maintain all areas as outlined in a clean, orderly, and thrifty manner for all common areas of the developments. The properties are owned or operated by the AHACV. The AHACV reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Contracts will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder not on the GSA List of Parties Excluded from Federal Procurement and NonProcurement Programs. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the AHACV. Cut and remove concrete and asphalt if needed. We will replace the existing water service lines with SDR9 HDPE pipe and utilizing SDR9 HDPE fittings (approximately 1850 ft.). The new SDR9 HDPE pipe will be installed at a depth of 36 inches with trust blocks, tracer wire, and minimum 6" of sand around the pipe. Isolation ball valves will be installed to isolate each unit separately. Approximately 37 Isolations valves. Isolation valves will be installed to isolate each building. 7 buildings total. All stub up above ground and connections to building will be done in copper pipe. A new pressure reducing station will be installed like for like. Please refer to original specifications for detail. Provide warranty on materials and workmanship. o Years of warranty on each (ALL materials and ALL workmanship). o Instructions on maintenance of lines after installation. o All materials are to be equal to or greater than the following: Centennial Plastic, Inc., CenFuse HDPE 4710 SDR9 Polyethylene Pipe Centennial Plastic, Inc., CenFuse HDPE 4710 SDR9 fittings
