City of Rawlins with an environmentally safe and cost-effective method of transporting municipal solid waste, tires, and manure from the Rawlins Municipal Transfer Station to the Casper Regional Solid Waste Facility or other designated. All questions should be addressed to Director of Public Works Cody Dill, at 307-328-4599. A five percent (5%) bid guarantee. Requisite performance bond and payment bond requirements that meet Wyoming State Statute 16-6-112. Payment of all fees including all city fees, permits and licenses related to the project, please contact Public Works at 307-328-4599 ext 4022 for any question on City of Rawlins fees or permits. All requirements are set forth in the Bid Specifications. The Bid Specifications, General Provisions, Bid Form, Invitation to Bid, and Wyoming Statute 15-1-113 are by reference made a part of the bidding documents and invitation to bid. The City of Rawlins reserves the right to accept deviations from the specifications and to waive any and all formalities or technicalities in the bidding in the sole discretion of the City. The City reserves the right to reject all bids or accept any bid, which in its sole and absolute judgment, shall under all circumstances best serve the City's interests. The City may require up to forty-five (45) days after the opening of the bids for acceptance of the winning bid.
