Sealed bids are requested for one (1) new Inovair Blower. Bids must be submitted on separate forms and in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the project name in the lower left-hand corner. Bidders must use the specified bid forms. The bidding documents include the "General Provisions," "Equipment Bid Form," "Invitation to Bid," "Bid Specifications Form," and Wyoming Statute § 15-1-113, which are all incorporated by reference. The City reserves the right to accept deviations from specifications, waive formalities or technicalities, and to reject any or all bids. All bids must remain open for forty-five (45) days after the opening. A bid guarantee of 5% of the total bid amount is required, as detailed in the General Provisions. Preference is given to materials, supplies, equipment, and products produced or supplied in Wyoming, quality being equal.
