The project is for the 2026 Sage Creek Pipeline Cathodic Protection Rehab. The work requires a competent firm with specific experience in executing the project work. All applicable Federal, State, and Local Laws must be followed. The contractor must execute and comply with the provisions of the Project Manual, which includes general conditions, specifications, drawings, and all requirements. Compliance with City contract requirements is required, including a performance bond and payment bond or other assurances as per Wyoming statutes. Bidders must submit all required documents, including any addendums, with their bid. The project is partially funded by the Wyoming Water Development Commission and is subject to all applicable State statutes during bidding, negotiation, construction, and close-out. Preference will be given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery, and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied, or grown in Wyoming, provided quality is equal to those offered by out-of-state competitors. All proposals shall use the provided bid form and be clearly marked with the name of the project. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any and all informalities. The City may take up to 30 days after bid opening to accept a proposal.
