Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Rawlins, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Rawlins Middle School, constructed in 1978, encompasses 97,523 square feet. The current mechanical infrastructure includes four boilers, a ducted HVAC system, and pneumatic controls. While the system has been well-maintained, it has received minimal upgrades over its lifespan and has exceeded its service life. This project involves a comprehensive design and specification package to replace the four existing PK Thermific 2,000 boilers, HVAC system, and pneumatic controls to modernize infrastructure and improve energy efficiency.
