Renovation of an educational facility in Rawlins, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Sealed proposals are requested from General Contractors for furnishing labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of a middle school gym re-roof project at Rawlins Middle School. The project includes a partial tear-off, per specification, of the existing roofing system, and installation of a new EPDM membrane roofing system, including all roofing materials. The contractor must be a manufacture certified contractor for all systems specified, have a minimum of 10 years of documented experience, and have completed at least 3 projects of similar scope and size within the last 3 years. Bids must be accompanied by bid security amounting to ten percent (10%) of the total bid, and successful bidders must provide Performance, Labor, and Material Bonds within ten days of bid acceptance. All contractors must comply with fair labor practices and Wyoming State Statutes regarding preference for Wyoming-produced materials and resident contractors. All bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid walk through for Prime Roofing Contractors at the project site.
