The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Corrections (Procuring Agency) will be accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) Developing detailed plans for demolition down to the studs and renew every portion of the existing structure. This will entail redesign of the driveway, roof system, exterior, relocation of electrical service, potential replacement of gas, and cable lines within the structure. New HVAC system, new plumbing/sewer lines to meet current building code, all new electrical fixtures, potential removal of some non-weight bearing walls to open up the space and the potential removal of some weight bearing walls with potential redesign of roof support. Only SOQs submitted through the Online site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered.
