WYDOT - HVAC Removal and Replacement, Baggs Hill Scope This scope of work describes the requirements of furnishing and installing all materials, equipment, appliances, facilities, and services necessary and incidental to performing all operations in connection with the sites AC unit change out project, in accordance with the contract. Disconnect electrical, and all mounting hardware from old Baird AC unit from building. Installers will be responsible for old AC unit removal and disposal. Complete Installation of new 5 ton AC unit as described below. Rigging inside the new building is included in the bid. This includes electrical disconnection, connections and testing for the old AC unit and new AC unit. If a larger breaker is needed this scope includes larger wire, conduit, required fittings and all other installation material for the installation as required. Please ensure this is reviewed during the site walk through. Note a larger breaker will be required to power the upgraded unit which is also part of this scope of work. All work materials, equipment, rentals, permits, and freight are to part of this bid. Any building modifications to be included in this bid for the new 5 ton unit.
