Replacement and restoration of the fly loft siding at the Rawlins High School Auditorium. Question Deadline 07/20/2026 at 2:00 PM MT Questions must be submitted via email to the Maintenance Director at mmartinez2@crb1.net and cbelford@crb1.net. The project scope includes, but is not limited to, the following elements: North Elevation: Full removal and safe disposal of the existing exterior metal siding system, followed by the installation of a new high-performance insulation system and weather-resistant barriers (WRB). Remaining Elevations (East, West, South): Comprehensive structural review and installation of supplemental fastening improvements on the three remaining side elevations, followed by commercialgrade repainting to seamlessly match the new north wall system. Professional Services: All bids must incorporate complete architectural and engineering (A&E) service fees required to ensure strict alignment with industry codes, structural integrity, and proper structural installation protocols. Project Estimate: $200,000 to $300,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
