**As of August 12, 2025, project was awarded to Shelly and Sands, Inc, awarded amount is $851,721.86 TRU - King Graves Road Budgetary total construction cost = $ 1,040,862.00 This proposal will consist ofthe supply and services ofthe specified materials and labor in accordance with the following specifications. Improvement of 2.21 miles of king graves rd.(from sr 46 to heading east 11,677 ft. to the change in pavement just east of sr 11) by milling, partial depth pavement repairs and then resurfacing followed with pavement markings, and guardrail upgrades. Bids must be made on the Bid Blank prescribed by the County and shall be filed (1 original & 1 copy) in a sealed envelope at the time and place hereinbefore designated. Each bid shall contain the full name and address of each person or company submitting same and shall be accompanied by a certified check on a solvent bank, or a bid bond, for the full amount of the bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted a contract will be entered into in the proper manner. Only pre-qualified contractors are eligible to submit bids for this PROJECT. Pre-qualification status must be in force at the time of bid, at the time of award, and through the life of the construction contract. Bidders must comply with the FEDERAL prevailing wage rates pursuant to the Davis Bacon Act for Public Improvements on this project.
