B Paving, with an awarded amount of $662,729.60** TK Park Site Improvements Location: Vermillion Township, Ohio Description: Site Preparation, Storm Drainage, Excavation and Embankment, Base Prep, Landscaping, and Asphalt Paving All questions concerning the project should be directed to Eric Schneider, Director at (419) 289-3524 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. All bids must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the form of either: 1. A certified check or cashier's check made payable to the Ashland County Park District or a letter of credit meeting the requirements of Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code, in an amount equal to 10 percent of the bid amount conditioned to provide that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will enter into a proper contract for the work: or 2. A Bid Guaranty and Performance Bond, for the full amount of the bid, written upon an acceptable surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio, conditioned as provided in Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. A form of this bond is included in the Project Manual. The bid will be awarded to the lowest and/or best bidder. Ashland County Park District Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
