SCOPE AND NATURE OF WORK: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits, transportation, and incidentals necessary to remove accumulated sludge from the Lagoon of a Large On-Site Sewage System (LOSS). The system is located at Constance Drive SW, Olympic View Industrial Park, Bremerton, WA. o Start of Removal: Within 14 calendar days of NTP o Duration: 12 weeks from NTP o Completion Deadline: October 13, 2025 Questions must be received in writing via e-mail to ellena@portofbremerton.org and CC: arneb@portofbremerton.org no later than July 7, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Insurance. Contractor agrees to obtain at its own cost and expense, public liability insurance with combined bodily injury and property damage limits in the amount of $1,000,000 in a form satisfactory to the Port of Bremerton, naming the Port as an additional insured. Such insurance shall not be diminished or rescinded without first giving the Port thirty (30) days written notice.
