Renovation of an educational facility in Shelby, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Remove and replace the fieldhouse HVAC unit. SCOPE OF WORK o Lock out tag out all equipment and make ready for demolition o Remove all refrigerant and dispose of properly in accordance with EPA and local guidelines o Disconnect all electrical and low voltage connections o Disconnect any other ancillary items & make ready for removal o Remove all units from the site o Provide and install one (2) new Trane Rooftop unit (RTU) o Provide and install necessary roof curb adaptors o Provide and install new electrical required for new RTU installation o Provide and install load side conduit, and conductors o Reconnect controls o Provide all lifts, rigging and setting of new equipment o Provide factory start-up, testing and commissioning. o One year warranty on parts and labor. o Five-year compressor warranty o Provide submittals and O&M manuals GENERAL It is understood and agreed that by submitting a bid that the Contractor has examined these contract documents, drawings and specifications and has visited the site of the Work and has satisfied himself relative to the Work to be performed. TIME OF COMPLETION - 60 calendar days
