Request for Qualifications for Engineering ServicesCleveland County Water is a Sanitary District located in Cleveland County, NorthCarolina with over 22,000 active water service accounts and serving a population ofapproximately 60,000. Cleveland County Water is seeking professional engineeringservices consistent with North Carolina General Statute 143-64.31 for ClevelandCounty Water and the Town of Fallston Regionalization Project to include thefollowing scope of work: o Design, bidding and construction oversight of ClevelandCounty Water and Town of Fallston Regionalization Project site work. Awards will be given to the responsible and mostqualified firm whose qualifications are aligned with Cleveland County Water projectand strategic objectives.
