Arch Cape Fire Station Seismic Rehabilitation & Expansion Project Project Scope of Work: The Project Consists of Seismic Strengthening in the Arch Cape Fire Station at 79729 N Hwy 101, Arch Cape, or 97102. The Complete Request for Proposal May Be Reviewed and Obtained by Emailing Desiree Lockwood at Desiree.d.lockwood@imegcorp.com. The Cm/gc Firms Responding to This Rfp Will Be Evaluated Based Upon Company Overview, Firm Experience, Similar Project History, and Other Criteria Identified in This Rfp This Solicitation Does Not Obligate the Owner to Pay Any Costs Incurred in Preparation of Proposals. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any Proposal That is Not in Compliance With All Prescribed Requirements. For Good Cause, the Owner May Reject Any or All Proposals Upon a Written Finding That It is in the Public Interest to Do So. Any Protest or Request for Change Must Be Delivered in Writing to Marc Reckmann, Fire Chief, at Cannon Beach Fire District, on or Before Seven (7) Days Prior to the Due Date for Proposals
