Reference Number 0000402604 Class of Work: Earthwork and Drainage This project is to install sixty-one (61) pipe sections with Cured in Place Pipe liner (CIPP), within the City of Medford and Jackson County, Oregon. This project includes all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct the following: One Lump Sum (LS) mainline video inspection, install 848.4 FT CIPP liner, 6"; 4,862.5 FT CIPP liner, 8"; 4630.3 FT CIPP liner 12"; 1,558.4 FT CIPP liner 15"; 1,130.2 FT CIPP liner 18"; 540.1FT CIPP liner 24"; 436.2 FT CIPP liner 27"; 1,402.6 FT CIPP liner 30". The project includes: 143 EA internal service reinstatement; Install 13 EA Top Hat T-liner: work zone traffic control; and other miscellaneous work. Start date: January 12, 2026. Completion date: July 30, 2026. All Bidders shall be prequalified with the City of Medford, as provided by law under Oregon Revised Statutes, at least 5 days prior to opening of bids. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check equivalent to 10% of the proposal payable to the City of Medford, to guarantee that if a proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance secured. A Bid Bond to like effect and amount with a corporate surety will be acceptable for this project. Bids must be in writing and signed by or on behalf of the bidders.
