Pacific Highway, Medford OR 97501 The City of Medford Parks, Recreation, and Facilities Department is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all labor, equipment, and materials to prepare two existing bullpen areas and one batting cage area at Harry & David Field for the installation of artificial turf. Work will include excavation, grading, concrete, base preparation, and required drainage for synthetic turf per specifications. Contractor is responsible for concrete lighting foundations, conduit runs, and an on/off switch for lighting infrastructure. Light and pole specifications will be included in the relevant exhibit. Artificial turf installation will not be included in this project. Fixtures, poles, and anchor bolts will be provided by the Owner. Work to commence immediately upon execution of contract. Work to be completed by January 23, 2026 to align with artificial turf install schedule.
