This Project Includes All Labor, Equipment, and Materials Necessary to Construct the Following: One Lump Sum (Ls) Mainline Video Inspection, Install 848.4 Ft Cipp Liner, 6"; 4,862.5 Ft Cipp Liner, 8"; 4630.3 Ft Cipp Liner 12"; 1,558.4 Ft Cipp Liner 15"; 1,130.2 Ft Cipp Liner 18"; 540.1ft Cipp Liner 24"; 436.2 Ft Cipp Liner 27"; 1,402.6 Ft Cipp Liner 30". The Project Includes: 143 Ea Internal Service Reinstatement; Install 13 Ea Top Hat T-liner: Work Zone Traffic Control; and Other Miscellaneous Work. Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check Equivalent to 10% of the Proposal Payable to the City of Medford, to Guarantee That if a Proposal is Accepted, a Contract Will Be Entered Into and Its Performance Secured.
