The project work to be performed under this contract consists of HMA overlay on PCC pavement with hot-mix asphalt (HMA) binder and surface course, removal and replacement of the existing Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) pavement, milling of the existing hot-mix asphalt (HMA) surface, patching, resurfacing with hot-mix asphalt surface course and hot-mix asphalt binder course, drainage structures adjustments and cleaning, replacement of curb and gutter, longitudinal joint sealing, placement of thermoplastic pavement markings, curb ramps for sidewalks (ADA) improvements, detector loop replacement, installation of raised reflective pavement markers, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown in the plans and as described herein.
