The Village of Calumet Park invites Statements of Qualifications from Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) pre-qualified engineering firms to assist the Village in completing professional engineering services for: Phase I - Preliminary Engineering, Phase II - Design Engineering and Phase III - Construction Engineering, for the 124th Street Complete Streets Project from Ashland Avenue to Halsted Street. The 124th Street Complete Streets Project is being federally funded with STP funds (TIP #07-24- 0017) through the South Suburban Mayors and Managers Association, plus CMAQ funds (TIP #07-22- 00020) through the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP). Consultants will be evaluated in the following areas: 1. Firm's Experience. 2. Team's Experience and Qualifications, including Subconsultants. 3. Key Personnel Expertise/Past Performance, including Subconsultants. 4. Technical Approach to Project and 5. Local Presence.
