The project involves work at Burr Oak Academy and includes, but is not limited to, the demolition, removal, and recovery of select roofs and all associated work. Work is to be awarded as a single contract. Refer to the drawings and project manual for the full extent of the work. A bid security of 10% of the bid is required with the proposal. The contractor must pay the prevailing wage rates for all work per Illinois law.
