The deadline to submit questions related to this solicitation is 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit competitive sealed Bids to furnish Concrete & Masonry Services to be used as noted by The School Board of Brevard County, Florida. The School Board intends to establish a firm fixed price contract and select multiple qualified contractors to perform various concrete and masonry services district wide on an as needed basis. Concrete and masonry services will consist of repair, replacement, and/or installation of concrete and masonry work. Work may also consist of concrete removal and grinding of existing concrete. Projects shall vary in size and/or scope and will be performed at various K-12 school campuses and ancillary School Board facilities throughout Brevard County. The Contractor(s) shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, machinery, tools, apparatus, and transportation to perform the work described in the bid specifications. The performance of Successful Bidders shall be in accordance with the terms of the specifications and at the quality LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES The District reserves the right to require proof that the respondent is an established business and is abiding by the ordinances, regulation, and the laws the State of Florida, such as but not limited to: Business Tax Receipts, business licenses, Florida sales tax registration, Federal Employers Identification Number, AND; Each respondent and personnel who will be performing services on behalf of the respondent for the District are to be properly licensed to do business in its area of expertise in the State of Florida. Each respondent shall submit, with its proposal a copy of, and maintain the appropriate licenses and certificates during the term of the contract and any extensions. Failure to maintain these requirements shall be cause for immediate termination of an awarded contract.
