Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Tampa, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The project(s) each will consist of one building of approximately 80,000 – 110,000 GSF new construction, located on USF’s Tampa campus and is anticipated to include teaching and research labs, classrooms, and space for growing college programs. This project will utilize a Construction Manager for pre-construction and construction services. This solicitation for construction manager services is separated into two (2) LOTS. LOT one (1) is Services for USF Bellini College of AI, Cybersecurity, and Computing building. LOT two (2) is for USF Muma College of Business Building. Lots for this ITN may be awarded separately to two (2) different firms, or together to the same firm. The scope of services for this event has been divided into Two Lots. It is anticipated that USF will either award each lot individually to a separate firm, or to both lots together to the same firm. Lot 1: CMR Services for College of AI, Cybersecurity, and Computing Building Lot 2: CMR Services for Muma College of Business Building. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The estimated construction budget for each project is anticipated to be $40 - $65 million including site related work.
