Deerbrook Community Development District (the District) hereby requests proposals to provide services relating to the exterior landscaping & irrigation maintenance for Deerbrook Community Development District, all as more specifically set forth in the Project Manual. The Landscape Specialist shall be the contact person regarding the Project Manual. Mr. John Toborg can be reached by email at jtoborg@rizzetta.com or via phone at (813) 933-5571. The District has the right to reject any, and all proposals, make modifications to the work, and waive any minor informalities and irregularities in proposals as it deems appropriate, if it determines in its discretion that it is in the best interest of the District to do so, and the District reserves the right in its sole discretion to make changes to the Project Manual up until the time of the proposal opening, and to provide notice of such changes only to those Proposers who have attended the pre-proposal meeting and registered. The District has the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any technical errors, informalities or irregularities if it determines in its discretion, it is in the best interest of the District to do so. The meeting is hereby publicly advertised. Any and all questions relative to this project shall be directed in writing, by e-mail only, to John Toborg at jtoborg@rizzetta.com, and Jere Earlywine at jere.earlywine@kutakrock.com, no later than Monday, August 4, 2025, by 4:00 p.m. (EST). Answers will be provided to all eligible proposers by 5:00 p.m. (EST), Tuesday, August 5, 2025.
