The City of Tampa ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified companies to maintain existing parking garage equipment and control system, purchase and install new pay stations as needed, and provide for the collection of parking meter revenue from all pay stations for the City's Parking Division. The Logistics Asset Management Department/Parking Division is responsible for the operation of all City of Tampa public parking and develops parking policy and specific facility expansion plans to meet parking demand in the central business district and adjacent commercial areas. The present parking inventory consists of 9 City-owned garages, 32 surface lots and over 4,000 on-street spaces, comprising a total of 16,000 spaces. The current equipment and control system for on-street, each parking garage, and all surface lots are listed under attachment A. The City has the right to request the removal of any employee for just cause and the Operator agrees to comply with any such request. Must be in business minimum of 5 years and have 2 previous experience of handling similar size of our current operations.
