Qualifications and Proposals From Proposers Interested in Acting as a Designer and Providing Services and Performing Work Related to the Willow Lake Water Pollution Control Facility (Wlwpcf) South Secondary Clarifiers Rehabilitation Project (Project). Work Description the South Secondary Clarifier Complex at the Wlwpcf Consists of Four Clarifiers Originally Constructed Circa 1978. The Existing Equipment and Structures Have Exceeded or Are Approaching the End of Their Useful Service Life, Resulting in Frequent Emergency Repairs, Increased Maintenance Costs, and Heightened Risk of Regulatory Non-compliance. This Project is Required to Fully Rehabilitate and Modernize All Four South Secondary Clarifiers to Restore Full Operational Reliability, Ensure Continuous Compliance With the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (Npdes) Permit Requirements and Other Federal, State, and Local Regulations, Improve Seismic Resilience, and Extend the Service Life of These Critical Assets by at Least 30 Years. Note: $2,000,000 Coverage Will Be Required for Commercial General Liability Insurance. In Addition, Professional/Errors and Omissions Liability Insurance Coverage Will Be Required in the Amount of $2,000,000 (Two Million Dollars). Human Rights the Owner Assures That No Person Shall Be Excluded From Participation in, Be Denied the Benefits of, or Be Otherwise Subjected to Discrimination Under Any Program or Activity Receiving Federal Funds on the Grounds of Race, Color, National Origin, Sex, Age, Disability or Income, as Provided by Title Vi of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, the Federal Aid Highway Act of 1973, Age Discrimination Act of 1975, the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Executive Order 12898 and 13166. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Further, the Owner Assures That No Person Shall Be Excluded From Participation in, Be Denied the Benefits of, or Be Otherwise Subjected to Discrimination Under Any Owner Program or Activity, Whether Those Programs and Activities Are Federally Funded or Not, on the Grounds of Race, Religion, Color, Sex, Marital Status, Familial Status, National Origin, Age, Mental or Physical Disability, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, Source of Income and Housing Status.
