Remodeling of an office development in Keizer, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 11,500-square-foot, one-story above grade office development.

NWSDS is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide interior painting services for approximately 11,500 sq ft of office space located in Suite 190 of the Salem Annex Building at 3414 Cherry Ave NE, Salem, Oregon. Work includes patching and repairing wall surfaces as needed, preparing textured drywall surfaces, applying a minimum of two coats of paint throughout all designated areas using Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint (or approved equivalent), providing accent walls as directed during walkthrough, ensuring uniform coverage and professional finish, replacing caulking around all windows, doors, and applicable trim elements, maintaining a clean and safe worksite, and removing debris, masking, and leftover materials daily and at project completion. The contractor must obtain all required permits if applicable, perform all work per federal, state, and local regulations, and provide a written warranty covering workmanship and materials. All work must be fully completed no later than February 20, 2026. Respondents must hold a current Oregon contractor license, be fully bonded, carry Liability and Workers' Compensation insurance, show experience in similar commercial interior painting projects, and have the ability to meet the required timeline and staffing capacity. Proposals must include total project cost (inclusive of labor, materials, equipment, and any subcontracted work), a work plan and schedule, materials and product details, warranty details, company profile and qualifications, and proof of required coverage and active licensing. Proposals will be evaluated on competitive pricing, quality of prior work, ability to meet the timeline, warranty terms and support, and responsiveness and completeness of the proposal. Submission instructions require proposals to be received no later than close of business on December 24, 2025 by mail or email.
