The City of Keizer is requesting bids to improve Bob Newton Park by relocating the sports court, installing sidewalks, and paving a parking lot as indicated in the scope of work. Proposals must be delivered to Melissa Bisset, City of Keizer, 930 Chemawa Road NE, PO Box 21000, Keizer, Oregon 97307 and must be received by 2:00 p.m., February 5, 2026.
