CR#: 2131340 To produce tempered water for use in the maintenance building at Denny Farrell Riverbank State Park by replacing existing one (1) natural gas boilers and one (1) water storage tank with one (1) new natural gas boiler and one (1) new water storage tank. Associated tanks, mixing valves, check valves, and temperature gauges are to be removed and replaced with new ones. Contract Number: RFQ-NYC-RB-25-004 Location: 679 Riverside Drive, New York, NY 10031 - New York Contract Term: 30 days The work under this RFQ has been determined to be a public work pursuant to Article 8 (Construction) / 9 (Building Services in excess of $1,500) of the New York Labor Law which requires prevailing wages to be paid. A willful violation of such may result in civil penalties and debarment from public contracting in the State of New York. Bidder's must submit their DOL contractor registration certification to do business with NYS Parks.
