"Parks Redevelopment" refers to the renewal, reconstruction, reprogramming and renovation of existing parks and its facilities. This may include park reconfiguration, the introduction of new amenities, removal of under-utilized amenities, replanting, regrading and more. The intent of a redevelopment project is to revitalize the park, respond to user needs, and combine capital works projects to minimize service disruption. In this way, they are very different from typical repairs and the construction of new parks on vacant lands Question Deadline: Mon Jul 14, 2025 4:00 PM (EDT) Duration in months: 18 The Successful Bidder is expected to commence work by September 2025. All deliverables shall be completed within eighteen (18) months from the Effective Date of the Procurement Contract ("Contract Term"). It shall be the responsibility of the Successful Bidder to ensure that the project remains on schedule and on budget. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
