The Corporation of the City of Markham (the "City", or the "City of Markham") is soliciting Bids for Court Resurfacing and Reconstruction. At a high-level Court Resurfacing and Reconstruction will include a variety of site dependent Works (court repair and new acrylic surfacing of tennis courts at 2 locations, court reconstruction at 1 location, and installation of new pickleball lines at 1 location) for the following four (4) parks: The scope of work involved in this Tender shall consist of the supply and installation of all materials as detailed on the project drawings and specifications, including all labour, tools and equipment necessary for the complete and proper execution of the work set forth in the tender documents. NOTE: No equipment, labour, materials or storage facilities shall be provided by the City unless noted otherwise on the project drawings 1.
