Site work and renovation of a civil project in Ear Falls, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Township of Ear Falls is posting this tender for the rehabilitation of the Standpipe, including the access ladder & fall arrest System, the paint rail beam, the interior surface, the roof and rescue port, and cleaning and disinfection of the Standpipe and Water Treatment Plant Clearwell. The Standpipe is located at 19 Marie Street in Ear Falls, Ontario, and the Water Treatment Plant is located at 81 Highway 657 in Ear Falls, Ontario. A complete Scope of Work is attached. Work will also include cleaning the Clearwell at the Water Treatment Plant located at 81 Highway 657. Work must be completed in 2026 and must be completed by September 1, 2026. Failure to complete the work by the required deadline will result in a financial penalty to the proponent for each day the project remains incomplete beyond September 1, 2026.
