Furnish all materials, equipment, labor and traffic control for removal of existing, worn pavement markings, and the replacement of all pavement markings per approved signal permit plans, in accordance with current sections of PennDOT Publication 11 IM (Traffic Control-Pavement Markings and Signing Standards TC-8600 & TC8700) and PennDOT Publication 408, Sections 960 and 961. Only thermal plastic pavement markings to be utilized except for line painting per applicable attachment/permit # plan, if any. Repainting of existing/worn pavement markings on certain roads in Stroud Township All bids shall be submitted on forms furnished by the municipality. All bids shall be accompanied by a proposal security in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bid, in the form of a certified check, bank cashier's check, or satisfactory bid bond, naming as payee the Township of Stroud. No bid or proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date above specified for receiving, opening, and reading of bids. All work shall be completed by September 30, 2025. The Stroud Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any defects or irregularities in the proposals.
