**As of August 26, 2025, the project was awarded to R.J. Noble Company, with an awarded amount of $4,579,033.59** The work necessary for the completion of this contract consists of mobilization and demobilization; best management practices (BMP); staking and survey monument restoration; traffic control plan preparation and implementation; required Caltrans coordination and documentation related with the encroachment permit; public notifications; clearing and grubbing, utility company coordination and utility verification; removal of existing roadway improvements, subgrade preparation, cold milling of existing asphalt; construction of asphalt concrete (AC) pavement, asphalt rubberized hot mix (ARHM) pavement, full depth pavement section repairs, concrete patches, PCC curb ramps, PCC sidewalk, PCC curb and gutter, PCC curb, truncated domes, and utility adjustments; installation of new traffic signal improvements and replacement of traffic signal loop detectors; traffic striping, pavement markings, pavement markers and curb markings; traffic signage improvements; regrading and repairs to impacted or damaged landscaping and irrigation system improvements; as-built plan preparation, and all other work required by the Contract Documents.
