The Rural Municipality of Alonsa is requesting quotations from qualified contractors to repair the Cayer Well House. The project involves inspection, structural and mechanical repair, and securing the facility to ensure continued safe operation. Inspection of the well house structure, including walls, roof, and foundation. Repair or replacement of damaged materials (e.g., siding, roofing, insulation, flooring). Mechanical/electrical repairs (if applicable). Door and lock replacement or repair to ensure the building is secure. Any additional work necessary to bring the facility to a safe and functional condition.
