Site work and paving for a golf course in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
The construction work at Manitou Ridge Golf Course is expected to begin in September 2025 and finish no later than October 24, 2025. All Questions shall be submitted by July 30, 2025 at 5:00 PM CT, an addendum will be issued by no later than August 01, 2025, addressing any questions. All questions regarding project scope shall be directed in writing to kevin.markhardt@duininck.com Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the amount of the Bid must be submitted and accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A plan set and specifications for viewing will be available in Duininck's Conference room in Delano, MN. This project requires Prevailing Wage in Ramsey County. Certified Payrolls shall be submitted through LCP TRACKER. Bids not sealed, filled out properly, or not on the appropriate scope documents are subject to rejection.
