Paving and renovation of an educational facility in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.

Independent School District #624, White Bear Lake Area Schools, White Bear Lake, Minnesota, will receive sealed bids for Partial Roof Replacement at White Bear Lake Area High School. Bids shall be upon bid forms provided within specifications. No oral, telegraphic, or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered. Separate envelopes containing bids must be sealed, marked with "Partial Roof Replacement White Bear Lake Area High School" with the name and address of the bidder and the date and hour of the opening, addressed to Kevin Fernandez, Director of Building Operations. The complete form shall be without alterations, additions, or erasures, and all bids must be on a lump sum basis. White Bear Lake Area Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of such bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in bidding. Bidding documents, including the bid form, drawings, and specifications, will be available upon request by email. Each bidder must accompany their bid with a cashier's check, bid bond, or certified check equal to 5% of the total amount of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory labor and material payment bond, and performance bond. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of opening bids, without the consent of the School Board of Independent School District #624 of Minnesota. Question Deadline 10/28/2025 at 2:00 PM CT Any inquiry received seven (7) or more calendar days (168 hours)prior to time of opening of bids will be considered. All questions, clarifications, etc., arising from this inspection of the existing building shall be put in writing and shall be delivered directly to the Architect/Engineer no later than 2:00pm on the following day. All answers, clarifications, interpretations, etc., will be issued only in the form of a written addenda to the contract documents.
