**As of August 28, 2025, the project was awarded to Landmark Construction but the awarded amount is not available.** Landmark has been selected to deliver this project, for our valued client, Wheatland Union High School District. The project consists of an 8,920 square foot multi-purpose room. The building includes a commercial kitchen to serve the dining area as well as ADA compliant restrooms and miscellaneous support spaces. There will be limited site work included in this project as needed to extend the accessible Path of travel to the new building and minor site paving. The project is expected to begin August 2025 with a 10 month duration. The following scopes must follow the bid packages issued: BP 01 - Earthwork BP 02 - Site Utilities and Drainage BP 03 - Plumbing BP 04 - HVAC BP 05 - Electrical BP 06 - Foodservice All other trades should bid per plans and specs. The bid form must be submitted along with your detailed proposal. Fingerprinting is required; please include considerations for this expense. All plans and specification will be distributed electronically, via Landmark's online plan room - no hard copies will be provided. PLEASE NOTE: Any work claimed by the Carpenters or Laborers Unions MUST be performed by signatory firms. Landmark requires all subcontractors to submit a prequalification application. Question Deadline 07/17/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed in writing to the District. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the District in response to such questions will be issued in writing by Addenda faxed, mailed, or delivered to all parties recorded by the District as having received the Contract Documents.
