**As of October 3, 2025, the project was awarded to Maui Kupono Builders, with an awarded amount of $737,752.16** The scope of work and major construction activities for this project includes removing the existing waterline, installing a new waterline and connecting it to the existing laterals on site for service, reconstruction of the parking lot, including 2" mill and fill, restriping, and other related work on the East side of the Heliport parking lot. Estimated construction cost is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
