The scope of the project is to provide labor, materials and necessary tools, equipment, personnel and supervision necessary to maintain and repair elevators, appurtenances and accessories at the University of Hawaii Maui College, Kahului as specified herein and in accordance with these specifications, terms and conditions of the contract. The work shall be performed in accordance with acceptable industry practices and the equipment's operations and maintenance manual as required to provide assurance of safety and operational reliability. This service shall be accomplished using skilled and trained personnel. Question Deadline 09/03/2025 All clarification requests shall be submitted via online. To be eligible to bid, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii Contractor's license C-16. BIDS FROM CONTRACTORS NOT LICENSED IN THE STATE OF HAWAII WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. In addition, bidders must either possess or list Subcontractors who possess specialty contractor licenses for the specialty work required for this project. The bidder shall be solely responsible for insuring that all specialty licenses required to complete the project are covered in its bid. Failure to list all required subcontractors may be grounds for disqualification.
