**As of October 20, 2025, the project was awarded to MONTI SINCLAIRE LLC DBA HAWAII GATES, with an awarded amount of $124,921.08.** Remove and Replace the Kahului Wastewater Plant Main Access Electronic Gate Proposal Must Be Downloaded, Filled Out, Signed, and Uploaded With Your Bid Submission, Along With a Bid Bond. No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by one of the following forms of bidder's security: cash, a cashier's check, or a certified check on a bank insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, or a bidder's bond executed by an approved surety insurer, made payable to the Director of Finance in the manner, form, and amount required by Section 1030-323 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes. The proposal guaranty shall be equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid submitted.
