Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Kahului, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work covered under this contract will be performed at the Wailuku-Kahului Wastewater Reclamation Facility. The work includes the furnishing of labor, equipment, materials, supplies and appurtenances required to complete the work as shown in the Plans and described in the Specifications, including but not limited to: Demolition and removal of existing slide gates and appurtenances, Modifications to the existing aeration basin influent channel and handrails, Installation of slide gates and appurtenances, Concrete repairs at the various locations throughout the Wailuku-Kahului Wastewater Reclamation Facility; Sewage flow bypass pumping to accommodate the construction mentioned above Question Deadline 10/31/2025 Questionnaires, when required by the Procurement Officer, shall be submitted not less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the time designated for opening of bids. Bidders shall be licensed in accordance to Chapter 444, HRS, relating to the licensing of Contractors. The Contractor, and his subcontractor(s), if any, shall comply with all applicable revisions of the law relative to the Prevailing Wage Schedule, as required under Chapter 104, HRS. Bidders are required to comply with newest procurement code, HRS, Chapter 103- D, any rules and regulations and policy directives issued with respect to Chapter 103-D and any amendments thereof.
