TIMELINE: Request for Proposals is underway from qualified consultants/consulting firms for the design of major transit-related changes is closed. Preferred proponent is selected. Major tasks include the developing of 95% Functional Designs, 95% Civil Designs, traffic signal design and timing, the design of two roundabouts, and many other items as outlined below. Further update in early spring 2026, upon approvals.
